PLASTIC MOLDING
The plastic materials are natural or artificial, and can be molded when subjected to certain conditions, the basic component being the resin. In turn, after heated can be processed by the methods of Extrusion, Injection and Blowing. Our gases intervene in the molding process. Check out our suggestions.
VULCANIZATION OF TIRES
Nitrogen, in its gaseous form, is used to fill the inner structure of the rubber against the mold.
RUBBER REBUILDING
In the manufacture of mechanically molded rubber products, excess rubber can be removed with the use of gases. Rubber excesses are frozen with liquid nitrogen and can thus be easily removed.
